He is Umm al-mu'minin Ummu Abdillah Ayesha bint Abu Bakr, Shiddiqah bint Shiddiqul Akbar, beloved wife of the Prophet sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam. He was born four years after Muhammad's appointment as a Prophet. His mother's name was Umm Ruman bint Amir bin Uwaimir bin Abdi Shams bin Kinanah who died at the time the Prophet sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam was still alive ie precisely in the 6th year H.
The Prophet sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam married Ayesha two years before migrating through a sacred bond that confirmed the title of Ayesha to become the ummul of the believers, when Ayesha was still six years old. And the Prophet sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam built a household with him after emigrating, precisely in Shawwal the 2nd year of Hijri and he was nine years old.
Ayesha recounted, "The Prophet sallallaahu‘ alayhi wa sallam married me after the death of Khadijah while I was only six years old, and I was reunited with him when I was nine years old. The women came to me even though I was engrossed in swinging and my hair was long and loose, then they decorated me and brought me together with the Prophet sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam." (See Abu Dawud: 9435).
Then the household dipper continued in joy and sorrow for 8 years 5 months, until the Prophet sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam died in 11 H. Aisha was only 18 years old.
Aisha was a beautiful woman with white skin, that's why she was often called "Humaira". Aside from being beautiful, she is also known as a smart woman whose Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala has prepared her to become the companion of the Prophet sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam in carrying out the message of the message that will become an eye conditioner and solace for her. One day Gabriel showed (to the Prophet sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) the picture of Aisha on a piece of green silk cloth while saying,
"He is your future wife, in the world and in the hereafter." (HR. At-Tirmidhi (3880), see Shahih Sunan at-Tirmidzi (3041))
In addition to being a companion who is always ready to give encouragement and motivation to her beloved husband in the midst of the heavy field of da'wah and hostility from her people, Aisha also appears to be a claimant of knowledge who always learns in the Nubuwwah madrasa where she draws knowledge directly from her source. He was listed as one who narrated many hadiths and had advantages in various branches of science including Jurisprudence, health, and Arabic poetry. At least 1,210 hadiths which he narrated were agreed upon by Imam Bukhari and Muslim and 174 hadiths were only narrated by Imam Bukhari and 54 hadiths were only narrated by Imam Muslim. So that the dignitaries of the fluttering friends when they get their problems come and refer to Mother Aisha.
Aisha's Position on the Side of the Prophet
One day the Habasyah entered the mosque and showed the attraction of the game in the mosque, then the Prophet sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam called Aisha," O Humaira, do you want to see them? " Ayesha answered, "Yes." Then the Prophet sallallaahu s alayhi wa sallam stood at the door, then I came and I put my chin on the shoulder of the Prophet sallallaahu ahu alayhi wa sallam and I put my face on his cheek. " Then he said, "Among their words when it was, 'Abul Qasim is a good person'." Then the Prophet sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam said," Is it enough O Aisha? " He replied: "Do not hurry O Messenger of Allah." So he remained standing. Then the Prophet sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam repeated his question," Is it enough O Aisha? " However, Ayesha kept on answering, "Don't be in a hurry, O Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam," Ayesha said, "Actually not because I was happy to see their game, but I just wanted to show women how the position of the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam towards me and my position towards him. " (Narrated by An-Nasa’i (5/307), see Ash Shahihah (3277))
The Prophet's jokes to Aisha
Aisha said, "One time the Prophet sallallaahu‘ alayhi wa sallam came to see me while I was playing with little girls. " Then the Prophet sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam asked me," What is this O Aisha. " Then I said, "That is the horse of Solomon who has wings." Then the Prophet sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam laughed. (Narrated by Ibn Sa'ad in Thabaqat (8/68), see Sahih Ibn Hibban (13/174))
One day the Prophet sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam raced with Aisha and won Aisyah. Aisha said, "The Prophet sallallaahu‘ alayhi wa sallam ran and overtook me (but I chased after him) until I preceded him. However, when my body was fat, the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam invites the race to run again but he preceded, then he said, "O Ayesha, this is a reply to my past defeat". " (Narrated by Thabrani in Mu'jamul Kabir 23/47), see Al-Misykah (2,238))
The virtues of Aisha
There are so many virtues possessed by Aisha's mother, to the extent that the Messenger of Allaah ahu alayhi wa sallam once said in her saying:
"There are many noble men among men, but the only noble among women are Maryam bint Imron and Asiyah the wife of Pharaoh, and Aisha's priority over all women is like the tsarid superiority over all food." (Narrated by Bukhari (5/2067) and Muslim (2431))
Some of the glories include:
First: He is the only wife of the Prophet sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam who was married when a girl, different from the wives of the Prophet sallallaahu wa alayhi wa sallam because they were married when widowed.
Aisha herself once said, "I have been given nine cases which were not given to anyone after Mary. Gabriel has shown my picture when the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam was ordered to marry me, he married me when I was a girl and not he married a girl except me, he died while his head was in my arms and he was buried in my house, the angels overshadow my house, Al -The Quran is down while I and he are in one blanket, I am the daughter of his lover and closest friend, my defense of chastity descends from the sky, I am released from two good parents, I am promised with forgiveness and noble sustenance. " (See al-Hujjah Fi Bayan Mahajjah (2/398))
Second: He is the person most loved by the Prophet sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam from among women.
One time Amr bin al-Ash asked the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, "O Messenger of Allah, who is the man you love the most?" He replied, "Aisha." "From men?" Amr asked. He answered, "His father." (Narrated by Bukhari (3662) and Muslim (2384))
So do we despise let alone denounce the people who are most loved by the Messenger of Allaah ‘alayhi wa sallam? !! Denouncing Ayesha means denouncing, offending, and tarnishing the honor of the Prophet sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam. Na'udzubillah.
Third: Aisha is the most pious woman compared to other women.
Said az-Zuhri, "If Aisha's knowledge is gathered by the knowledge of all the other women, then Aisha's science comes first." (See Al-Mustadrak Imam Hakim (4/11))
Said Atha ', "Aisha is the most faqih woman and her opinions are the opinions that bring the most benefit to the public." (See al-Mustadrok Imam Hakim (4/11))
Said Ibn Abdil Barr, "Ayesha was the only woman in her era who had advantages in three fields of science: jurisprudence, health science, and poetic science."
Fourth: The dignitaries of friends when they encounter incomprehension in matters of religion, then they come to Ayesha and ask her until Ayesha mentions the answer.
Said Abu Musa al-Ash'ari, "We are not confused about a hadith then we ask Aisha, unless we get an answer from her side." (See Sahih Sunan at-Tirmidhi (3044))
Fifth: When the wives of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam were given the choice to remain with the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam with life as it is, or divorced and would get the world, then Ayesha was the first to declare staying with the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam however his condition so that the wives of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam others follow his choices.
Sixth: Shari'at tayammum is prescribed for his reasons, that is, when humans look for their lost necklace somewhere until the time of prayer but they do not find water until the tayammum is recited.
Said Usaid bin Khudair, "That is the beginning of blessing for you O family of Abu Bakr." (Narrated by Bukhari (334))
Seventh: Aisha is a woman who defended her holiness from the seventh heaven.
Tempest accusations of adultery brought by the hypocrites to drop the dignity of the Prophet sallallaahu ih alayhi wa sallam through his wife have fallen by 16 verses in a row which will always be read until the Day of Judgment. Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala witnessed the sanctity of Ayesha and promised her with forgiveness and good fortune.
However, because of his ketawadhu '(humility), Ayesha said, "Surely the case that befell me is more contemptible if until Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala says about me through revelation that will always be read." (Narrated by Bukhari (4141))
Therefore, when Masruq narrated the hadith from Aisha, he always said, "Having told me Shiddiqoh bint Shiddiq, a woman who is holy and purified."
Eighth: Anyone who accuses him of adultery is an infidel, because the Koran has come down and purified himself, in contrast to the wives of the Prophet sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam.
Ninth: For this reason, Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala requires the punishment of flogging for those who accuse women of muhShanat (who guard themselves) of adultery, without the justified proof of shari'ah.
Tenth: When the Prophet sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam was sick, he chose to stay in the house of Aisha and finally he died in the arms of Aisha.
Said Abu Wafa 'Ibn Aqil, "Look at how the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam chose to stay at the house of Aisha when she was sick and chose her father (Abu Bakr) to replace him in leading humans, but why this great virtue can be forgotten by the hearts of the Rafidhah people. even though almost this virtue is not spared even by animals, what about them ...? !! "
Ayesha died in Medina on Tuesday night on the 17th of Ramadhan 57 H, during the reign of Muawiyah, at the age of 65, after having been given the will to be rebuked by Abu Hurairah and buried in the Baqi cemetery that night. May Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala meridhai Ayesha and put him in a high position on the side of His Rabb. Aamiin.
